ecodownunder provides a “no risk” guarantee.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase it can be returned for exchange or refund at any time for any reason.

Orders

Placing your Order
By placing an order online with ecodownunder you are confirming your intention to purchase the selected products.

Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Stock availability
We do endeavour to hold all products at all times. However on the rare occasion that some of our products are not available we may part-ship the rest of your order and will inform you about the expected delivery time of the out of stock product.   We will not charge you any additional delivery fees for the outstanding product delivery.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch.  If you do cancel your order during this period any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Payments

Our online shopping is fulfilled by ecodownunder.  ecodownunder will appear on your credit card or bank statement.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by bank deposit or credit cards using

                                           

When you make a payment using your credit card you will be asked for your credit card number, expiry date and you may also be asked for your three digit validation code. The validation code is a three digit number on the back of your card. The validation code is unique to your card.  When you provide the validation code to ecodownunder via the internet, we have additional proof that you have the card in your possession at the time the transaction is made.

Pricing and GST
All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars and are inclusive of GST. The current rate of GST is 10%.

Receipt
Your tax receipt will be included with your delivery.  You can also print the receipt online at the time of purchase.

Returning Purchased Items

ecodownunder will exchange, refund or replace a product if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.  Any products returned must be in the same condition as sold to you in that it is unused, unwashed and with original packaging.

Please take some extra time to read the product care information.

Except where the product is faulty, you will be required to pay the postage and handling costs involved in the return.  Any products being returned must be addressed to:

If the product is faulty, ecodownunder will pay for the postage and/or handling charges.

When returning an item, please clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.

When returning products it is recommended that you obtain proof of posting. ecodownunder is not responsible for the loss of returning products during transit.

Conformity of Goods

ecodownunder takes extreme care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press.  However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Liability

ecodownunder will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions in relation to the products ordered by you if a delay or failure to deliver was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Any products not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
