ecodownunder aims to despatch your order within one working day of receipt and deliver your goods within the following 3 working days subject to your location.  However at times there may be unforeseen delays.

In the event that an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you of the delay and an estimated new delivery date.

A minimum delivery fee of $10.00 applies for each order.

Different rates may apply to commercial orders.  Please email commercial@ecodownunder.com for delivery rates.

Deliveries outside of Australia
All orders placed are usually despatched within one working day of being accepted. 
Additional postage and handling charges may apply to overseas deliveries. 
Please email service@ecodownunder.com  for overseas deliveries and final payment prior to despatching of orders.

Duty and Customs Information
Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes.  ecodownunder cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
